Personalized Support for Life at Home
Whether care is needed for a few hours, during recovery, or on an ongoing basis, Ageless develops a plan around the client’s needs, schedule, preferences, and authorized services.
Personal Care & ADL Support
Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, meal preparation, and other approved daily needs.
Companion & Homemaker Services
Companionship, meal preparation, client-related light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and support with household routines.
Skilled Nursing
Nursing assessments, monitoring, education, and other ordered services provided by licensed nurses within Ageless’s authorized scope.
Respite Care
Short-term support that gives unpaid family caregivers time to rest, work, attend appointments, or manage other responsibilities.
Post-Hospital & Post-Surgery Support
Assistance with daily activities, mobility, meals, reminders, transportation, and home routines during recovery.
Dementia & Alzheimer’s Care
Person-centered support, companionship, routine assistance, safety monitoring, and respite for families.
Programs & Payment Options
Ageless serves private-pay clients and authorized Georgia Medicaid CCSP and SOURCE members. We also provide general guidance to families beginning the Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program process.
