Ageless Homecare Services, Inc. serves private-pay clients and authorized Georgia Medicaid CCSP and SOURCE members.
We can provide general guidance to families who are exploring home care options, including private-pay services and Georgia Medicaid pathways through the Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program.
Private Pay
Private-pay home care is funded directly by the client or family.
Private-pay clients can discuss their care needs, preferred schedule, service location, and requested support with Ageless.
CCSP
The Community Care Services Program (CCSP) is part of Georgia’s Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program.
Eligible members may receive approved services at home or in the community.
Ageless is an approved CCSP provider and may accept services after receiving the appropriate referral, authorization, care plan, service location, and required information.
SOURCE
Service Options Using Resources in a Community Environment (SOURCE) is a Georgia Medicaid program that provides coordinated services for eligible members in their homes or communities.
Ageless is an approved SOURCE provider and works with the member’s care coordinator and other authorized parties as applicable.
Understanding the EDWP Pathway
Georgia’s Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program includes CCSP and SOURCE. These programs may help eligible older adults and people with disabilities receive approved services at home or in the community instead of a nursing facility.
Eligibility, level of care, service approval, and provider assignment are determined by the appropriate Georgia agencies and care coordinators.

For private-pay services, care arrangements are subject to Ageless’s service scope, availability, assessment, and acceptance.
